The Dashboard

The Dashboard is where you land on a laptop. It greets you by name and shows the day at a glance.

• Next Wedding. Your next job, with a countdown (“12 days away”, “Today”), the venue and a weather strip. Open Wedding goes into it. Only weddings dated today or later appear here.
• Today’s Tasks. A to-do list for that next wedding. Add task adds your own. A starter checklist is created for you the first time.
• Upcoming Weddings. The next six on a strip. View calendar shows the rest.
• Upcoming, Recent Activity (uploads, couple-portal responses and edits across all weddings) and Season Overview (weddings booked, shots captured, delivered, upcoming).

The cover photo

With no cover set, the hero shows Add a cover photo. Once there is one, Reposition and Change appear when you hover the photo.

Reposition opens “Reposition cover”. Drag the dot onto the most important part of the frame and press Save position. There is no zoom or crop. After a fresh upload, the reposition dialog opens by itself.

Weather

Weather only appears if the wedding’s first venue has a real address. No venue means no weather and no golden hour. See Venues, weather and sunset times.

Upload Docs

The Upload Docs button on the Dashboard does not open a file picker. It takes you to the Uploads page.
