“My couple says the link doesn’t work”

Check three things: the gallery is Published, it has not passed its expiry date, and it does not have a password they were not given.

“Can I change the date or location shown?”

Yes. Open the gallery’s Settings. A gallery linked to a FOCL wedding inherits that wedding’s details until you override them. That matters when the shoot is not the wedding day.

“Can I connect a gallery to one of my weddings after creating it?”

Yes. Settings → General, the FOCL wedding row. Connect, change or disconnect at any time. Connecting makes the gallery inherit the wedding’s date, location and couple details, and suggests the couple’s email when you send.

“Where did my photo go?”

Check Trash above the grid, and check whether the photo was hidden. See Hide photos, or show them to the couple only.

“Can they download without me knowing?”

Turn on download notifications in Settings.
