Publish a gallery and send it to the couple

Click Publish. The gallery is now live, which means the link works. Nothing has been sent yet.

Right after you publish, a small “It’s live” sheet offers Send to couple, Copy link, or Not yet.

Send to couple

Send to couple emails the couple the link.

• Edit the subject and message before it goes. Save your wording as a reusable template.
• If the gallery has a password or download PIN, tick the checkbox to include them in the email.
• Addresses you have used before, and the couple’s email from their FOCL planning portal, appear as one-tap suggestions.
• The gallery link is shown at the bottom of the window with a Copy button, in case you would rather text it or use your own email.
• If the gallery has an expiry date, a sentence telling the couple when it closes is added automatically. Edit or delete it like any other text, or place the date yourself with {expires} in a template.

Preview the email first

Preview email, next to Send, shows the exact email the couple will receive: cover photo, your studio name, the password panel, all of it. It is built by the same code that sends it. Nothing goes out until you press Send.

Other ways to share the link

• Copy gallery link under the ⋮ menu copies the URL on its own.
• The ⋯ menu on any gallery card offers Preview gallery and Copy link.
• Preview opens the gallery exactly as the couple will see it.
