Password, email registration and expiry date

All of these are per gallery, in the gallery’s Settings.

• Password. Anyone opening the gallery must enter it. You can include it in the delivery email with one checkbox.
• Email registration. Settings → Privacy, off by default. Guests see the cover but must leave an email address before viewing the photos. Every address is saved to your Contacts. Turn it on if you want lead capture. Leave it off if you want no friction.
• Expiry date. After this date the link stops working. When you send the gallery, a sentence telling the couple when it closes is added to the email automatically.
• Couple’s email. The address that unlocks couple-only photos. See Hide photos, or show them to the couple only.

Galleries are never indexed by search engines. Only people with the link can find them.
