How FOCL Galleries works
FOCL Galleries is where you deliver finished photos and videos to a couple. These are the five things you will work with.
Gallery
One shoot, delivered to one couple. A gallery holds photos, optional sections, a cover photo, and its own privacy and download settings.
A gallery is either a draft or published. Only you can open a draft. Anyone with the link can open a published gallery.
Section
A group of photos inside a gallery, like an album: Getting Ready, Ceremony, Reception. The couple sees each section as a tab. Guests can download one section on its own. Photos that are not in any section appear to the couple under More Photos.
Cover
The photo the couple sees first, with their names over it. You choose it, and you can set a focal point so it crops well on every screen. See Choose the cover photo.
Homepage
Your own public page at galleries.getfocl.app/p/your-name. It has a cover photo, your name and headline, an About section, and the galleries you choose to feature. See Set up your portfolio homepage.
Shared set
A hand-picked group of photos with its own link, for someone who is not the couple: a florist, a caterer, a magazine. They see only those photos. See Share a few photos with a vendor.
The Getting started list
A new studio shows five steps on the dashboard: add your logo, create a gallery, upload, set a cover and publish, send. Each step ticks itself off as you do it. The list disappears when all five are done, or when you choose Hide this. Hiding it hides it on every device.
