Account settings

Desktop: your avatar, top right. Phone: Settings in the bottom bar. The tabs are Account, Plan & Billing, Referrals, Team, Integrations and Support. Referrals is web only.

The Account tab

• Full Name and Studio Name. Your studio name appears at the top of every PDF you download.
• Change photo on desktop. On a phone, tap the photo itself. Your photo saves the moment you confirm the crop. Everything else needs Save. An “Unsaved changes” bar appears at the top of the screen when you edit a field.
• Couple Portal → Display name. The name couples see in their portal. Leave it blank and they see the first word of your studio name.
• Appearance. Light, Dark or System. This is saved to the browser you are using, not your account, so it will not follow you to another computer.
• Temperature. Auto, °F or °C.
• Notifications. Wedding reminders, Setup nudges, Tips & updates, and two couple-portal switches (in-app and email). These save instantly.
• Export data downloads everything as a JSON file.
• Delete account schedules deletion in 30 days and can be cancelled any time before then. You have to type DELETE to confirm.

Change your password

There is no password field. Under Security the only control is Send reset link, which emails you a reset link.
