New accounts see a welcome walkthrough on the web, a prompt to install the phone app, and small pointers the first time you open a Brief.

None of these can be replayed. Once dismissed they are gone. The one exception is the Brief tour’s Remind me later, which brings it back the next time you open the app in that browser.
