People

People is the roster of everyone you will photograph: family, wedding party, VIPs. Build it once and the family photo list draws from it.

Add people

• Add Person takes a Full Name, a Role, a Side (Partner 1, Partner 2, Both, or Unassigned) and optional Notes.
• Import People reads a pasted list or a document and extracts them for you.

VIPs and the wedding party

Mark anyone as a VIP or add them to the Wedding Party. Both show as chips on their row, and the Brief shows them at a glance.

Sides

Split view lets you drag people between the two sides to reassign them.

Placeholder names after an import

If your import produced names like “Partner 1’s Mom”, the app offers to replace those placeholders with the couple’s real names in one click. People still missing real names are collected under Needs Names, where you can type them in directly.
