Your team

Put a second shooter, assistant or editor into specific weddings. They do not need their own subscription. Your plan covers them.

Seats

Two free seats are included. Additional seats are $5 a month each. Pending invites take up a seat until accepted or revoked. Invites expire after 14 days.

Buying seats has to be done on the website. In the iPhone or Android app you will be told to add seats online and come back.

Invite someone

Either Settings → Team → + Invite, or from inside a wedding, Share Brief → invite by email.

Choose Viewer (sees everything, changes nothing) or Editor (can change details, timelines and shot lists). Roles are per wedding, so the same person can edit one wedding and only view another.

You need at least one wedding before you can invite anyone.

Manage members

Each member row offers Weddings (pick which they can see), Resend and Revoke. Revoking frees the seat.

If you are on someone else’s team

Settings → Team shows Teams you’re on and a Leave team button. Shared weddings appear on your dashboard marked VIEW or EDIT with who shared them. To create weddings of your own, you need your own plan.
