PDFs

Download PDFs on the Brief, or Export PDF in the ⋯ menu, gives you three documents: Wedding Brief, Family Photos and Timeline. They carry the studio name from your Settings. The Family Photos PDF prints tick-boxes for shooting from paper.

The Wedding Brief PDF contains the timeline, key people and vendors. Your Shot List (detail shots) is not in any PDF. Only Family Photos has its own export.

Share with your team

Share Brief, or the share icon → Share with team, gives a second shooter, editor or assistant access. Pick Viewer or Editor, or invite someone new by email. They show as “Invite pending” until they accept.

Sharing is seat-based team access. There is no public share link for a wedding. If you are out of seats you will be asked to add more, which has to be done on the website rather than in the phone app. See Your team.
