Import from documents

FOCL reads paperwork in three places:

• Import Timeline on the Timeline tab. Pulls out times and event titles, and works out which are photo moments.
• Import Shots on Family Photos, or Add Shots → Import on the Brief. Pulls out shot titles and matches names to the people you have added.
• Upload & Auto-Fill in the New Wedding wizard, which does both at once.

All of them take pasted text, Word documents, PDFs, plain text and photos. If you import too much at once, you may be asked to wait a few seconds and retry.
