The Brief is the wedding’s home page.

Tabs

Along the top: Overview, People, Timeline, Family Photos, Shot List, Vendors, Docs and Notes. On a phone these are tiles under Quick Access, and Docs is called Documents there.

The Overview

It shows:

• Brief Setup, a checklist: add the timeline, import the shot list, add key people, mark your VIPs, add vendors, set the venue.
• Timeline Snapshot.
• Venue & Weather.
• Your Inspiration Board.
• Notes.
• Recent Activity.

Reorder the tiles on a phone

Press Customize and drag the Quick Access tiles into your own order. This is phone only, and the order is saved to that device.
