Timeline

The timeline is the running order of the day, with photo moments flagged. Toggle between Photo Moments and Full Schedule.

Add events

• Desktop: press Edit to reveal Add Event and Save Changes.
• Phone: the round + button adds an event.

Each event has a title, date, time and a Photo moment checkbox.

Events are always sorted by time. There is no dragging them into order. To move an event, change its time.

Import a schedule

Import takes a pasted schedule or a document. The button mentions .doc, .docx, .pdf and .txt, but photos work too. A screenshot of the planner’s timeline imports fine.

Running late, on the phone

Tap an event to expand it, then use −5 min, +5 min or Mark Done. The adjustment cascades through the rest of the day, and the running delay shows at the top.

Good to know

• Deleting an event shows Undo for a moment.
• Changing the wedding’s date moves every event with it.
